based on the ship's description and concept sketch from the first "star wars essential guide to vehicles and vessels"

This was make by cutting one pod free from the action fleet twin pod cloud car, then covering the hole with styrene (with matching styrene bits on the other side) and then creating wings with styrene as well.

the engine was made by chopping up an x-wing engine, shortening it and giving the nacelle a slight angle.

The front gun mount was created by drilling a hole in the front of the pod and then gluing in the top half of a jango fett helmet to create a recessed "bowl" to which two laser cannon guns were mounted onto.

The entire thing was then re-painted... twice...
